Dear Sir or Madam,

On 1^th July I have ordered from Primmer  & Leeds, the following goods:
1. 36 copies of electronic trader
2. 24 copies of electrical resistance of metal

But when I received the goods and check it out, it turns out 4 copies of the electronic  trader were missing. I want a replacement item as soon as possible because the goods are extremely  in need. If there were to be question please contact at 081-2345-6789.
